At OSG Botswana, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Products that have been damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Faulty Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, eligible items may be exchanged instead of refunded.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error by OSG Botswana or a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
